We are requesting your reconsideration of the hiring decision regarding Brandon Brown for the coaching position at Bruton High School.

We understand that there may be concerns regarding Mr. Brown's suitability for the position, particularly related to the past transgressions that were made before the age of 21. However, We strongly believe that he is an asset to the coaching team and the school community. He has always fostered a close-knit and supportive environment among the team, treating his colleagues and players like family. 

We have had the privilege of being coached and mentored by him, and we can attest to his unwavering commitment to his athletes. His dedication as a coach is driven by his desire to develop and inspire his players to be the best they can be. 

We are confident with Mr. Brown's leadership and we wish for him to be granted the position as Assistant Coach.
