The Issue
Hey i just want to make clear im not asking anyone for money, respectfully... Change.org is not free and only asks the public for donations for publicity. 👋Hola, quiero aclarar que no estoy pidiendo dinero. La página web de change.org pide donaciones para seguir publicando mi petición, no es gratis. Gracias.🙏(English and Español abajito☺️...). In 2015, the petitioner was sentenced to 30 years for charges undisclosed here. As per details available on the Dallas News (@dallasnews), if the sentencing occurred under today's guidelines, he would have been a free man three years ago. Distressingly, the current legal system has not made the new guidelines retroactive. This petition seeks attention towards the preparation of a clemency petition that has been sent to the Office of the pardon attorney. We need to draw sufficient attention to ensure that the President hears this call for justice. I had also been rehabilitated doing over 100 courses, classes, programs, working, and have good conduct with minimum custody points for the past 4 years. I have completed ten year mark of sentence, a requirement for a reduction in sentence, my kids 🥰need me and my family as well😍, all I'm asking is for a second chance, a new opportunity in life.
Your signatures would not only affirm fair application of new laws for all but would also provide a second chance to one of many who were sentenced unfairly under old laws. Your support could change my life and my family's. Thank you for your support.
😊Hola que tal a todos mi nombre es José Milton Puentes, fui sentenciado a 30 años de prisión en el año 2015 injustamente (aunque se que fue el plan de Dios hoy en día para glorificarse🙏), y hoy en día con nuevas guías de sentencias podría obtener una reducción de sentencia por varios factores, cumplí diez años preso, buena conducta, rehabilitación social con más de 100 certificados y diplomas, tengo tres hijos que me esperan y una familia que me necesita. Muchísimas gracias por su ayuda y su tiempo, Dios els bendiga aún más grandemente en el nombre de Jesús amén.😇
