The students of Eleanor Roosevelt cannot decorate their graduation caps even if they’re purchased. It is understandable to have regulations on the caps but to completely outlaw design is unfair to the graduating class and future graduating classes. We have a right to express ourselves. Please consider signing my petition so we can design our graduation caps.
