In August 2018, Angelo “Broodie” Banks turned himself in to the Richmond Police Dept after finding out he was wanted for questioning regarding a shooting. Angelo was arrested with no bond, and turned down at the bond hearings. His trial took place March 15th 2019. After 9 hours, the jury verdict is “GUILTY” on 2 counts of AGGRAVATED MALICIOUS WOUNDING and 2 FIREARMS. There are allegedly 2 accusers but only one testified, and was able to give testimony on the behalf of the “able body”alleged OTHER accuser. There was one witness who stated “ it was not broodie that I saw”, but “the victim” stated “it was broodie”, but was unable to describe the shooter. HMMM... unfortunately, Angelo had to receive a different judge at the time of sentencing due to an issue with the trial judge that we are unaware of.  We have reason to believe as “ indicated by the sentencing judge” that the trial judge was going to make changes at the sentencing because he did not sign the JUDGEMENT OF CONVICTION, and  at the trial he himself advised motions to be filed. Do to circumstance regarding the trial judge, Angelo did not receive a fair judgement. The judge who made the decision had no exposure to the trial and totally disregard the obvious. Meanwhile, nobody is dead, no dismembered body parts, the ability to live life has no threat to either alleged victim. Angelo is Innocent and a victim of false identity, while facing 48 yrs
