Starting Monday, November 30, our Governor ordered all gyms and fitness facilities to close for two weeks to try to contain the spread of COVID-19.  No research has been linked to why fitness facilities are culprits while nail salons, hair salons, physical therapy, etc. are exempt.  We are distanced 14ft or more from clients when doing personal training and most all of our classes are stationary with complete mask compliance.  We have followed all of the guidelines and safety measures given as well as adding our own safety measures to further protect our community from an outbreak.  Closing for two weeks or more would be detrimental to our clients mental and physical health as well as to the financial stability of the studio and the staff that it employs.  We must stay open during this difficult time!
