In a very grave time Lt.Col.George Bivens was the face of the Pennsylvania State Police, the most distinguished State Police agency in the nation. Lt Col. Bivens not only took charge of a man hunt for a very dangerous and disturbed criminal, he was also a form of normalcy and support for many Troopers and Pennsylvania residents at a moment in time of absolute chaos, Lt. Col. Bivens is a true professional, and a very respectable and professional member of the Pennsylvania State Police, and deserves to not have his reputation and image tarnished. And to not be a victim of political games. Please reinstate Lt. Col. George Bivens to his rank that he clearly earned and deserves.
