John was convicted of rape. He returned home to find a young woman in his bed. He got into his bed with her. She responded to him with positive reactions. Things got heated up, before there was any penetration she told him no. He promptly got out of bed and stopped. He is currently serving a 5 year sentence and is registered as a sex offender. The courts have classified him as a non-repeat offender as well as non-violent. This was his first offence, and has ruined his life and college education.
