I am concerned about the well being of the men in the Marion County Jail ll. I have been informed that my boyfriend Charles Davis has tested positive for Covid-19. They are placing the sick in the same unit together for 23 hours out of the day with only one hour of shower time and phone calls. They can’t receive any commissary and can’t get hot water to warm up any food they do have, due to restricted recreation time. They are also treating the people who’ve gone through the sickness but are still testing positive as if they are still currently sick which prevents them from being able to properly quarantine. They are doing little to nothing for the sick in Marion county jail, and are placing very sick people next to people that have been free from any illness which was only treated with Tylenol. This is inhuman and we need to do something to get the proper treatment for these inmates! I would like this petition to reach the governor of Indiana and the warden of Marion County Jail II
