As a South Carolina native and resident, I believe that a person has the right to make decisions that may benefit or harm their health. (Example: the ability to purchase and use tobacco products.) If these public spaces are going to be closed, I am asking the state to reimburse all state tax payers for the taxes they have paid to have access to or use these areas.
