Mandates are not law. Anything elected officials put into motion that will affect their constituents, require a vote. This is a Constitutional Republic, not a monarchy. We The People must vote on these mandates before they can applied or not. Allowing mandates to be enforced without a majority vote is a slippery slope into loss of freedoms, believe it or not.
