"HELP COMMUTE HENRY DON WILLIAMS SENTENCE "
" THE SPIRIT OF BROTHERHOOD AND SISTERHOOD RECOGNIZES OF NECESSITY BOTH THE NEED OF SELF-HELP AND ALSO THE NEED OF HELPING OTHERS IN THE ONLY WAY WHICH EVER ULTIMATELY DOES GREAT GOOD, THAT IS IF HELPING THEM TO HELP THEMSELVES". -T.R-(1858-1919)
Mr.Henry Don Williams has continued to work to achieve social justice as a Inside Organizer for Intiate Justice. He was charged with 187(a) P.C. 1st degree murder and 12022.53(d) gun enhancement in 2008. He was convicted and sentenced of these charges in 2010. He has currently served 12 years on a extreme 50-to-life prison sentence.
Henry strongly believes that publishing literary works of incarcerated men and womens stories is a very important resource and platform that will open conversation amongst the right decission makers that will help implement change.
Since his arrival at Lancaster A facility P.P.F. yard in 2012. He has made extreme efforts to re-shape his cognitive thinking from "no hope" to "hope" for freedom because its organizations like initiate justice as well as others has gained support from familes and the diligent hard work from members and inside organizers that are pushing to chsnge laws through legislation to end mass incarceration. This has been Henry's fullfilment of hope for the future.
He continues to keep his focus on God, insight in his crime, remorse, rehabilitation, change, education and freedom. After recieving his Associates of Science Degree in General Business while in prison. Henry knew that ha had to create something to give back. With the help of his brothers financial background and Henry's writing talent. They were able to launch A book publishing company for prisoners writers called Moufpeez Publishing L.L.C.
These are true stories of incarcerated men and women in these facilites that have sat next to each other in the chow halls who were serving undeterminate sentences, consecutive life sentences and life without sentences actually get there sentences reduced through these senate bills or being pardoned by the Governor by means of clemency or commutation of there sentence.
Henry Don Williams has claimed his INNOCENTS of this crime from the BEGGINING and he strongly NEEDS your SUPPORT by signing this petition so This PETITION can genuinely OVERTURN his CONVICTION and SENTENCE or influence the Governor of California to Commute Henry Don Williams sentence.
