Beautiful Enid Ruth Lopez (Loar) was murdered by Mark Lugo (CDCR Number: E-14658) on November 17, 1987.

Every single time we, hear the name Mark Lugo mentioned we are reminded of the devastating heartbreak that he caused so many people and of the void in our hearts we will have forever.

After being denied of parole many times, on Thursday March 5th, 2015 Lugo was granted parole, our worst nightmare came to life again. After getting the attention of Governor Jerry Brown he made the wise decision to reverse the parole of Lugo.  

Family members prepared and attended another parole hearing to defend our sweet Eydie and get justice for her on September 19, 2019. We are fighting for her life since she never got a chance to do so.

Sadly he was suited eligible for parole in September-again.

We ask with every bit of our beings that you REVERSE the parole that was granted to Lugo by the Parole Board for the maximum amount of time.

If he would’ve confessed to the crime at the time of the initial trial he would have received life in prison which he deserved, instead he lied to get his way.

Please do not let this danger into society, keep him behind bars where he belongs.
