We are front line healthcare professionals (Doctors, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners) taking care of patients during covid-19 pandemic in the state of AZ. My colleagues and I are working under conditions where we are risking our lives to take care of patients with limited PPE and limited resources. Many of us are falling ill while trying to protect the public. There is no applicable standard of care when you are dealing with a pandemic crisis. Governor Ducey we are really grateful for your leadership in this pandemic. All of us desperately need your help in passing legislation to protect us from malpractice claims during this pandemic. Please follow other states like NY who have passed such legislation. Thank you.
