Publix Kills Gainesville's Plastic Bag Ban

Please see the attached link. It's great to see that local elected officials are speaking up about the unfair influence Publix has over the Florida State Legislature. They are the single reason why cities haven't been able to ban or charge for single use plastic bags. Publix makes ridiculous claims about how much they're helping protect our environment but they've been using the same rhetoric about 'Recycling' for many years.
