Publix (Retail Federation) Victorious in Round 2

Hello everyone, the last few days have been challenging as the appeals court sided with Publix/Florida Retail Federation regarding Coral Gables' pending Styrofoam/Plastic Bag Ban. I anticipate that Coral Gables will appeal this to the Florida Supreme Court.
