Publix (Retail Fed.) Threatens Palm Beach Over Bag Ban

Good morning! There is some alarming news out of the Town of Palm Beach. They are being threatened of a lawsuit from the Florida Retail Federation. The Florida Retail Federation is basically the 'PR Front' for Publix and their obsession with protecting their plastic bags. These letters are 'threatening' lawsuits in several cities who have banned plastic bags. So far, Gainesville has stood strong!
