Coral Gables Appeals Decision over Plastic Bag Ban

Great news out of Coral Gables! As expected, the City Commission voted 5-0 to appeal the recent court decision over their Styrofoam legislation. I'll keep everyone updated but lets hope this appeal gets heard by the Florida Supreme Court. We also are still awaiting Governor DeSantis' response. Please see the attached article.
