Justice for Brandon Allen Payne

Justice for Brandon Allen Payne
The Issue
On April 10, 2020 my son, Brandon, age 27, passed away from a fentanyl, methamphetamine overdose in Robertson County, TN. My son did not have a chance. He bought or was given heroin that was laced with 5 times the lethal dose of fentanyl, and 2.5 times the lethal dose of methamphetamine. Robertson County did no investigation. They collected finger prints and that was all. Per the detective in the case, they had too many of these to investigate each individual one. My thoughts are, he’s there to collect a paycheck and that’s all! Brandon’s family and friends now have to cope with this loss for the rest of our lives. Justice needs to prevail, and the dealer needs to be brought forward on charges of selling or giving something extremely lethal to my son in which took my son’s life! Brandon deserves JUSTICE, and his family and friends deserve some kind of closure. Someone murdered my son, and they’re out here running free taking more lives. This is legally considered a homicide that was never taken seriously or investigated. This murder is no different than if the seller pointed a gun to my son’s head and pulled the trigger. If that had happened, it would have been investigated, I’m sure. I need help in fighting the Robertson County law enforcement to find my son’s killer. Thank you!
