The Right to Mental Integrity & Human Dignity - Ethics in Medicine, Law & AI

Mental integrity is the basis for freedom of thought as it was classically conceived, before the era of neuro-technological pervasiveness (Shen, 2013). It is the first and fundamental freedom that the individual must be granted in order to have all the other freedoms considered relevant.

1. We call for a Global Moratorium on the use of Directed Energy Weapons, Electroencephalography (EEG), Deep Brain Torture (DBS), Transcranial Magnetic Torture (TMS) and Implantable Pulse Generators (IPGs).

2. The creation of an International Convention to define prohibited actions related to directed energy weapons, neuro-technology, biotechnology, and medical machine intelligence similar to the prohibitions listed in the 1984 US National Organ Transplant Act and the 2010 Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance. 

3. A nationwide and global ban of the above mentioned practices across the board. 

4. A UN-led commission to investigate and prohibit the use of the above mentioned practices across the board. 

5. A Congressional Investigation into the above mentioned practices, including into any and all individuals with knowledge of or direct involvement in the above mentioned practices, including medical facilities, practitioners, and device manufactures.

6. Pass legislation to end the illicit trade in human memory, bio-resonance data, and medical data (The Memory Market).
