Animal rescue centres are currently not regulated. This means that anyone can open as a rescue centre. 

Regulations would allow for rules and guidelines to be issued and regular visits made to inspect all paperwork and that their is no breach at minimum of the Animal Welfare Act.

Animal Rescues should be no different from anything else that needs Regulating. Some of these Rescues in the UK Are getting away with Neglect and Suffering all because of the name Rescue. We are the Voice for these Animals if we don't speak up for them Who Will.
