South Africans are a people of faith and believe strongly in the power of God it is enshrined in the preamble of our Constitution. The closing of our churches has brought unbelievable depression and suffering to our people and communities. The closing of the churches violates our human right to worship and access to spiritual and emotional guidance, counseling and more. 

Our churches are essential because they contribute towards nation building and provide free support services to communities. Support includes health care, sanitation and infrastructure assistance to families and communities. 

The churches are known to encourage good moral values in the nations, to bring healing to the people and keep the hope of the citizens alive. The church is a place of restoration, motivation and inspiration for a great future in the nation. We practice the love of God in truth and ensure the well-being of our members. 

Therefore the closing of the churches is inhuman, it's violates our Constitutional right to practice our religious beliefs which are consistent with the Bible. This closure is purely against the practice of our strong spiritual and biblical beliefs which we've been called to live for everyday. Life without going to churches degrading to human beings. Human beings are born to automatically fellowship with each other in love. No one can exist in isolation. We will not allow our children to grow up in a nation without churches and it's natural benefits. 

We call for the churches to open! We demand our freedom to worship freely as we are privileged also by our Bill of Rights.
