The slum rehabilitation scheme run by Government of Maharashtra is nice scheme in which slum dwellers are provided housing in building.

But the scheme is misused by agents, goons and is life threatening for common man.

Request you to please appoint SIT Committee to investigate the SRA Scam at Asalpha Village Ghatkopar Mumbai

1. Committee members and other members having two opening i.e. two doors opening, doors side by side or door front and at back are passed 2-4 room where as actually its only one room.

2. Extra Room are passed just on school leaving certificate, fake electric bills, bank pass book, LIC policy, driving license.

Why rooms are passed on leaving certificate, fake electric bills, bank pass book, LIC Policy, driving license.

3. Members have passed individual room for their Father, Mother, Son, Daughter, Brother, Sister, Wife by making partition of their single room.

Partition Room merely of area 50 – 100 Sq. Ft. gets 269 sq. ft. room whereas rooms of area 200 Sq. ft. and above also get the same area i.e. 269 sq. ft.

Government of Maharashtra should look in to this area should be provided considering the current area the family is living in .

4 Builder profile should be checked. How many project he have done, financial capital, his office address. Whether he is a builder or just taken the project and then sells to other builder.

Builder who is actually an Agent’s should not be allowed in SRA Project and legal action should be taken.

6. 90% of rooms are 1+1 but are declared as single room in this project.

7. The committee was not register but still annexure I, annexure II, annexure III are passed.

8. Person having 1+1 room should be provided extra room on loan on affordable house scheme for 7 to 8 lakh as big family members cannot accommodate in 269 sq. ft. area.

9. The background of Chief-Promoter and members should be checked, their education, illiterate, goons, drug addition should  not be member of committee. Police verification should be done and goons should be not allowed in SRA project. Our lives may be threatened by these goons.

The ongoing slum survey initiated by Respected Chief Minister Mr. Devendra Fadnavis is stop in our area by this builder and his goons committee.

WE REQUEST Chief Minister of Maharashtra Mr. Devendra Fadnavis to Conduct SRA MHADA Survey of our area and let Mhada construct our homes instead of this agent.

Please make necessary investigation in this project as maximum public is against this scam and stop this scam at the earliest.

Please protect our homes and our lives from this agent and goons.

Provide good smart MHADA homes a shelter is necessary for every citizen.

Our lives are threatens. We have family who are always worried.

who will be accountable if builder, agent, goons grab our land!! Who will help us??
