I do not understand why a pub that serves food can open yet the rest stay closed , there's no difference... no less or more risk . Only that it will destroy well established businesses locally that put so much into keeping our communities an towns full an used . More effort put into them to keep them running more then a food pub needs too . 

This has to change before lives and businesses are ruined with out it even making any sense... there's not even a reason why!  

Where is the scientific evidence on this please as to why !
