The World Health Organization estimates there are around 200 million stray dogs worldwide and 12 million came from Philippines . The increasing numbers of stray dogs can cause more cases in Rabies and deteriorate the hygiene of the environment.Stray dogs can have a negative impact in our environment as you can observe or relate ,stray dogs scatter  garbage from your trash bins . Also stray dogs also eat your meals without knowing it they act like a ninja in doing this things  . Stray dogs is a problem so we need to create a shelter and take care of them . 

Creating a shelter for dogs will greatly reduced the number of stray dogs and rabies cases . This will also have a  good impact in the cleanliness of our environment.
