Indian citizens are harassed in the name of beef . In the Whole of India majority of the meat consumed is of  Buffalo Meat since cow ( Gau Mata)  is banned for slaughter ,Buffalo meat is not just consumed but even exported . in fact India is the largest exporter of Buffalo Meat . 

Since Beef is name used for both Buffalo , Cow and Ox meat , Gaurakshaks get a chance to harass people and lynch them even when the meat is of Buffalo . 

The government should rename Buffalo meat . and this will immediately bring down the confusion from the minds of gau rakshaks ,
