This petition is regarding student's mental health. Lately, Ramesh Pokhriyal had taken the decision to conduct JEE 3rd and 4th attempt in the last week July and 1st week of August respectively. But today, i.e. 15/07/2021, the new education minister changed the dates for JEE 4th attempt to 1st and 2nd of September. 

This is a very wrong move, taking student's mental health into consideration. It has been months since 12th graders still remain in 12th standard, and taking in all the stress and coping up with expectations. This should be very understandable to parents and students themselves. Situation is even worse for those who had taken a drop year. In such scenario, it must be the top priority to "free" students from this "bondage".

Another question arises that when will the admission procedure start? Though it begins ASAP, colleges wont start before October, to say the least. 

It has been hard to cope up with reading books and reading obituaries of our loved ones at the same time.
