Declare Janmasthami as National Holiday!

Declare Janmasthami as National Holiday!
The Issue
Krishna Janmashtami is observed every year to celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna, ninth incarnation of Lord Vishnu. According to Hindu mythology, it is believed that Lord Krishna was born on this day. Therefore, this day is celebrated as Krishnam Janmashtami. It is also popularly known as Janmashtami or Gokulashtami.
In India, Janmasthami is a Gazetted holiday in Bihar, Chandigarah, Chattisgarah, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Miizoram, Madhya Pradesh, Nagaland, Orissa, Punjab, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
It's really sad to see it's still not a national holiday though Lord Krishna is worshipped not only I'm our nation but globally. This festival of love should definitely get recognition.
