There should be a complete ban on crackers throughout the country for any festival. Its dangers are uncountable. 

Crackers should only be used on major festivals as displayed fireworks, where only a designated organisation is allowed to display them for the country. Take the example of any developed country that follows this rule. 

It's high time that the government understands the graveness of its adverse effects and acts upon the ban to general public at the earliest. 

Remember, cracker ban is not about the sentiments, it is about our environment. If we don't act now, the consequences will have to be borne by none other than the ones who create the problems.
