Hello All, 

It is always good to have proper utilization of resources, but, over utilization of resources is exploitation. Isn't it? Due to which, employees might get frustration, depression and making them less of the kind they were. Is it right? 

6 working days for Private jobs should be stopped completely. It should be 5 working days with a 9 hour shift. Making employees work for 10, 11, 12, 13 hours should not happen. Why our country has to do this youth. Yes, they have to make a living, but why on the cost of Life Balance? 

Youth dont spend time with family. Do you feel after exhaustion of 10 hours work + 2 hours travel for 6 days will let him do anything apart from rest on Sunday ? 

PLEASE CHANGE THE SYSTEM - YOUTH IS IN DANGER..
