I just want to highlight that indian professional working in corporates are not getting the right worth which they are working for and they are exploited the most.please do a survey of people with work exp 1-7 years and see their working hours it would be around 10-11 hours. A profession with 2-3 years of experience of work is earning around more than lakh for a company but he/she is not getting 10% of it which is unfair.companies are using indian resources and earning crores and just giving them 5-6lakhs in year "cheap labour' is the term used for us. We need to change this out.
