Thousands of puppies are bred irresistibly each year without regards to their health or future. Creating a legally required licence will help to ensure the right people are breeding the right dogs. We must put a stop to people breeding for the wrong reasons. We need to breed healthy dogs to create healthy litters. We need to ensure that the people breeding the dogs are financially stable to undergo the relavent correct health checks as well as being financial stable to keep or take back any puppy they produce if the home is no longer suitable (no matter the age of the dog) We need to minimise the amount of dogs produced each year when there are not even the same ratio of humans in the UK! We need to make a change now as rescue centres are already full and some poor dogs are falling into the wrong homes. (Dog baiting etc)
