Since the pandemic, most dentists have only been accepting patients for emergency treatment. During this time, some patient check up times have lapsed and dentists have removed them from their registers, meaning they no longer have access to NHS dental treatment. They are now forcing patients to join as private only and they will not accept any more NHS patients. This is leaving so many of us unable to afford dental treatments and being forced to pay unrealistic prices to get the care we need. Dental hygiene is so important and this needs to change! Most private dentists also treat NHS patients, so if they can treat privately then they can treat NHS patients as well! Vote for dentists to accept all patients for NHS dental treatment with affordable prices! If we can win this petition, then many of us will be able to access affordable treatment again and this will help so many people across the UK.
