Last Friday (16 Apr), residents found 2 kittens dead at an Yishun HDB block, allegedly thrown from a height. Just 4 days later, another cat has been found dead at the exact same location.

It seems that someone from the block has been heartlessly throwing kittens down and justice must be had. I am petitioning the government to take animal abuse more seriously and arrest this kitten serial killer immediately with a heavy sentence dealt onto him.
