There are almost 5000 labs in India where every years thousands of animals are tested for drugs, agro chemicals or cosmetics. Studies show that the result obtained are not that much reliable as species differ in their psychology to respond to changes. It is indeed not worthwhile to lay scientific foundations on lives of thousands of animals whose entire life gets sucked in dark.

UK government has also unanimously passed out resolution to phase out animal testing. We can apply their process also.
