The petition is about FEE CONCESSION for the admission in recent semester (3rd ,5th and 7th) for regular student. The problem faced by the students of the University in making the fee payment by the given deadline, i.e 15 September 2020.
The issue arose from the pandemic that the country has been hit by lately. Due to the condition of COVID- 19, a lot of people have been exposed to severe conditions such as unemployment, food scarcity, money problem etc.

1. The major issue is in relation to the fee payment, as a lot of students come from backward areas,they can't afford that huge money for admission. problem doesn’t stop here. Students belonging from business families have seen a downfall in the businesses due to recession in the market, henceforth they lack the adequate amount of money to make the payment currently.

2. The students who live outside the university, they are being forced to pay their rent , some students still trapped in khairagarh , hardly they are managing to run their livelihood there than how they can manage that big amount.

3. Due to the recent floods , some states like odhisa , west bengal and bihar badly affected, situation has just worsened and brought people under stress, tension and anxiety, rendering a lot of them homeless. The students belongs to these states can't afford that money.

The situation is a huge matter of concern and needs an appropriate action by the college authorities. The request regarding the FEE CONCESSION for this semester as half of the semester has already passed and the students feel paying such an amount in this scenario can affect their livelihood in the longer run.

This is a humble request from all the students of  the I.K.S.V.V khairagarh . University authorities should consider this issue very seriously and look into it. The students feel highly disturbed by the situation right now and are unable to focus on their education.
