We the undersigned believe that the sale of fireworks to individuals should be banned completely.

The sale of fireworks by shops and suppliers will only be allowed to registered and licensed people under a framework to be developed by the Scottish Government.

Individuals and Companies wishing to sell fireworks to registered and licensed people will require to be licensed and regulated by the Scottish Government and/or Local Authorities and carry the appropriate Public Liability and injury to third party insurances
