Making it a Minimum 15 year in prison for first timers and never be able to possess an animal or come in 20ft  then 30 second time, if for some reason there is a third. The 3 strikes laws come into place.  We are asking that No Good time be provided or parole. But flat time. The whole sentence. Upon the sentence. Max fines and the offender cannot go to a low level prison.  If you are accused of an animal crime. While you are on bond. You must be on a GPS Tether so your movement can be track. And not come with in 500ft of any animal. Depending the out come of the court.
