Help us honour a young life lost and provide a safe fun facility for kids and families.

In August 2015, fun loving 10 year old Banjo Pilon of Wamberal,
was riding his skateboard with mates when he collided with a car and tragically passed away as a result of his injuries.

In the wake of Banjo’s accident, Central Coast residents rallied to lobby Council to build a much needed skatepark in the Terrigal/Wamberal area, as kids are currently forced to ride on the roads and footpaths.

With full support from Council, local and state Governments, preparations are already underway with Council investigating potential sites.

The park will be designed to accommodate all skill levels, encouraging a family atmosphere whilst providing an outlet for more experienced riders.

We now need the financial support of local residents and businesses to help bring this amazing new facility “Banjo’s Skatepark” to fruition.
