Hello, first I would like to introduce myself and give you some background. You can call me Rachel, I'm 18 years of age and have battled with Anorexia Nervosa throughout my life. In 2020 I had a major relapse and attempted suicide. It is one of the worst things that has happened to me in my entire life and I don't wish it upon anyone, ever.

However, there are, and unfortunately, were a lot of people like me, struggling with an eating disorder, and we've lost many people to that. Eating disorders are one the most deadly of mental illnesses, and statistically we have not improved. More families and individuals are being broken due to the horrible thing that is an Eating Disorder and it breaks my heart. 

This why websites like MY PRO ANA are WRECKING LIVES and pushing people way deeper into their diseases. When I was ill I would surf the internet for bad things to fuel my Anorexia, and this is one of many forums that does that. MILLIONS of people of all ages go to these forums in search of advice to continue damaging their bodies and minds. They have previously stated that they are a website that's to help people and to find like minded people to recover, but that's not the case. MPA is a horrible forum, all it does is fuel Eating Disorders and needs to be shut down FOR GOOD!
