Include Assamese as an optional language in Google products

The Issue

Quoting from the Wikipedia "Assamese or Asamiya (অসমীয়া Ôxômiya) is an Eastern Indo-Aryan language used mainly in the state of Assam. It is the official language of Assam. The easternmost of the Indo-Aryan languages; it is spoken by over 13 million native speakers. It is also spoken in parts of Arunachal Pradesh and other northeast Indian states. "

It is 100% independent language and does not trace back its root to the Bengali language as often assumed. This rich language has been neglected by Google. Therefore we, hereby request Google to include Assamese as optional language in your products.
