Change YouTube's system of communicating with creators and monetization review

The Issue

YouTube's terms regarding what can go in a video put onto their platform are too vague for the creators trying to follow them, and, as a result, many creators that make a living on the platform often fear for the integrity of their career after every upload.

The system by which they follow for reviewing videos that are on the line of not being suitable for the platform is completely unfair as videos can be reviewed by more than one person after the initial review. This allows for videos that are initially given monetization by one reviewer to be revoked of their monetization by another reviewer later down the road. The fact alone that the reviewers are given this liberty to decide by seemingly their own judgement is unfair as everyone has different opinions. Even if the decision is changed, the content creators suffering punishment for the decision aren't even aware of which specific guideline they haven't headed to, as there is little to no communication with them from representatives, or even bots for that matter, at YouTube. With no reasoning required for a reviewer to demonetize a video, any reviewer could demonetize a video, even videos that have been previously reviewed.

This can be seen in action in this video from the channel "MxR Plays."

Today was not a good day for us

They've had videos reviewed months prior for monetization be instantaneously changed to not qualified after one reviewer decided against the original reviewer.

Youtube has gotten rid of our ability to monetize our videos

This has happened not once or twice, but at least 3 times to this channel in particular.

This isn't a small channel either, they currently have 1.73M subscribers on their channel and still are viewed as a "smaller channel" when it comes to having direct contact with people that manage the platform.

With no system in place that directly tells content creators where they went wrong, and no system that blocks previously reviewed videos from being reviewed again by a different person, YouTube's systems for monetization in general need to be reworked to an extent to allow for it to be somewhat viable for people who make a living on the platform to be financially secure to an extent.
