YouTube owned and operated by your company Google has placed sanctions against alin0steglinski's account wrongfully. He is disabled and was targeted and discriminated against.

 

At 7:30 AM on November 25th he received a comment from a user sxemama saying "Are u retarded"

 

At 10:00 AM A video of him in his wheelchair drooling on his wheelchair harness relaxed explaining why it relaxes him was taken down and a strike placed on his account for the video violating their "Sexual Content & Nudity" policy. There is nothing remotely sexual about it even remotely. This a outright strike against the disabled.

 

At 11:00 AM A second video was taken down as 'Promoting harmful behavior" of him taking his Morphine as directed but having a little fun making a spoof on Martha Stewart Home Living calling it Martha Stewart Drugged Living and making a 'recipe' for a morphine bloody mary. He was unaware of their stringent no drugs policy, especially after being mislead by thousands upon thousands of videos of people downing large bottles of vodka, shooting heroin, and other substances much more dangerous.

 

at 3:57 PM November 29 Youtube Legal replied and cleared my account of all penalties. It was my thought that all was cleared.

 

At 10:33 AM on December 7th a third video was taken down and a first strike recorded on my account. It was detailed as again "Sexual content & Nudity" The video was simply a video of him drooling all over one of his favorite wheelchair headrests smelling and pressing his face into the material along with explaining why the actions relax him. This is an outright offense to the disabled and Autism community. Simply trying to show how Autism and Rett syndrome affect him gets him penalized and censored.

 

It is your companies responsibility to make its users happy and maintain an equal playing field for users. The way YouTube is run right now is UNEQUAL.

 

I request that you immediately remove all sanctions against Alin's account and reenstate ALL videos. And I demand that your company adopt better video handling policies, including establishing a dedicated contact address for disputes, and a phone number that is specifically for account ban disputes ONLY. Youtube is not China, Youtube should not be censoring videos that are simply raising awareness
