We, the players of Empire Four Kingdoms, are requesting compensation for losses suffered due to the technical issues by Good Games, Ltd. Over the last 36+ months, issues have occurred at an alarming rate. This past week, the week of October 11th, 2015, there was a complete server shutdown for over 8 hours. Many players lost troops which take time and money to accrue. Good Games attempt to fix this issue is to give EVERY player free troops whether they suffered any loss at all. This does nothing to compensate those players who actually lost far more than what is being offered. Please join me in this petition for change.

Suggested compensation is as followed:

1. Compensation of troops equal in quality and quantity to the loss incurred.

2. Compensation of Villages, Capitals, Metros and Towers that were a loss due to maintenance and issues outside of player control in the form of rubies and attacking tools.

3. Increased number of village spawns in all lands to begin to repair the damage that was done by desertions during the maintenance periods listed in the above text.

4. Address issues in a timely and courteous manner when players send requests.

5. Players spend real money and deserve to be addressed individually and not a blanket statement and unilateral settlement.

Moving forward we would like to see:

1. Game play pause during maintenance to avoid these issues in the future.

2. Reduce the cost of tools to a more appropriate level.

3. Notifications an hour before troops desertion.

4. All players of similar game levels should receive similar offers of troops and ruby deals.

5. Change the daily log in bonus to be beneficial for the level of the account (receiving trees at level 70).

6. Allow ruby decor to be upgraded or sold.
