Demands for Gonzaga University 

We demand that Dr. Ulil Amri and Dr. Yasaman Naraghi be offered a conversion to full-time tenure-track positions by the Fall semester 2021. 

We demand that the URM Post-Doctoral Program be restarted no later than the beginning of the Fall semester 2021. 

• We demand that there be at least two student advisors who are involved in giving a student perspective on how the program operates 
• We demand that hard money be allocated  to run the program successfully 
• We demand that Dr. Robin Kelley be provided with a faculty fellow to help her operate and manage the new post-doc program 

We demand that all departments are required to collect data about student interest and investment in faculty and course diversity by Fall semester 2021 and every year thereafter.
