After considerable reflection, Goldsmiths University has decided they wish to explore how the current gym space could better serve students and the university as a whole by being used for teaching and learning. Club Pulse (the on campus gym) and the University have viewed other locations to see if it was possible to relocate but unfortunately, they could not find a suitable alternative site on campus or in the area. Please sign this petition in the assistance of keeping this gym, Club Pulse, open for the continued benefits of health and wellbeing of its members and regular attendees. 

The gym is not only available for public use but also acts as a component of student and staff routines. For example, Goldsmiths staff visit the gym during a lunch break as this is the only time they can manage due to their already busy lives. Many of the students of Goldsmiths consider the addition of the gym on campus to be an essential part of their university experience which compliments coping with the pressures of their degrees and living in the city of London.
