As the Covid pandemic had started in India Government of India had announced complete lockdown on 22nd of march till further notice. This lead to sudden cancellations of air tickets among which were those of go air. 

When refund was asked from go airlines those people simply said they can't refund our hard earned money but can only reshchedule our tickets that too by charging us ,I mean we had already paid a hefty amount for tickets and again pay more to fly ,which is completly ridiculous.

Secondly those who don't wanna travel and just wanna there money back specially in crisis situation which is currently going on are also left in a lurge as there is no option of refund.

Now As Airlines are allowed to open Go air had also started there booking for flights from 1st of june which are also getting cancelled ,I mean then this airline had already done a fraud and is doing it again.

I am requesting The civial Aviation Minister Mr Harshdeep Singh Puri And our Home Minister Mr Amit Shah , To please look into this matter
