Extend 120 Bus Route for DCU Students

Extend 120 Bus Route for DCU Students
Edenderry has a very large student population which requires easier access to transport. The 120 route goes to City Centre which caters to many colleges and even Trinity College on a regular bases. However there is only one bus in the morning to UCD and no buses to DCU, both of which are top universities here in Ireland. It takes 3 hours to get to there with a minimum of one or more bus changes which means 6 hours of travel a day for students going to DCU and back home. This petition is to hopefully raise awareness and provide more transport routes for students.
Go Ahead Ireland and Transport for Ireland adding DCU to the 120 route from Edenderry for atleast one bus in the morning will be a huge benefit for students, commuters, businesses, local communities, families, public transport systems and everyone else involved. Accommodation is hard to find and just out of budget for many students. Creating direct transport routes is not only allowing them to pursue further education but also reducing financial stress on them and their families.
I have attached data from the CSO(2011) providing numbers of commuters and students living in Edenderry but please know there is more people along the route which would benefit and that this number has only increased in the recent years. http://census.cso.ie/sapmap2011/Results.aspx?Geog_Type=ST&Geog_Code=12012#T10_1002
