She has done your organization a disservice insulting, disrespecting and making unsubstantiated claims in connection with her defense on the issue of your show "Alias Robin Hood" against the American TV show "Arrow".

While I understand that interpretations and opinions are based on biases by each individuals, her actions, particularly how she handled herself in social media have offended not only several people but several communities including an industry.

When confronted by Jerald Uy, about how visually similar the teaser for "Alias Robin Hood" is to "Arrow", she went on an extended rant and condescended Mr. Uy by lecturing the poor person about Master Plots and how Green Arrow is a rip-off of the legendary character Robin Hood. She called Mr. Uy an "Idiot" or "Gago" and proceeded to insult him by implying that Mr. Uy and the community of comic book fans are uneducated illiterate capable of only reading their desired medium.

In more Facebook posts, she proceeded to call the Comic Book Industry dead without offering proof. She called the American show "Arrow" as unpopular or unknown to anyone in the Philippines and claims that the show's leading star is equally unknown, again without showing proof of this.

She continued her tirade for several days, going back to Mr. Jerald Uy and continuing her written assault.

You pride your organization as a supporter of anti-cyber bullying with your "Think before you click" campaign and yet here is your Creative Consultant doing exactly what you are trying to prevent others from doing.

She has hurt your organization immensely in both possible income from the "Alias Robin Hood" advertisements it could generate and integrity by spitting on your campaign for responsible social media use.

Her continued connection with your organization has offended potential viewers who may be willing to give your "Alias Robin Hood" show a try but have now decided to boycott the said show because of her arrogant, rude and unprofessional behavior.

Your organization has been opened to more public scrutiny and her actions has given your rival organizations an issue that they can, and are now currently exploiting.

We humbly request you to dismiss Ms. Doctolero for conduct unbecoming an employee and a representative of GMA Network, Inc. both to appease those she has bullied, offended, insulted and condescended on and to regain your integrity which you have worked so hard to build through the hard work of other individuals.
