We, the undersigned citizens from diverse corners of the globe, write to express our grave concern over the ongoing loss of innocent civilian lives in Israel and Gaza. We firmly believe that a significant part of this tragic situation can be attributed to the actions of Hamas and their direct link to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), a paramilitary organization in Iran. We urge leaders around the world to take immediate action to designate the IRGC as a terrorist organization under their respective national laws and to work collectively on the international stage to address this critical issue.

Furthermore, we wish to draw attention to the fact that Hezbollah, a militant organization based in Lebanon and supported by Iran, has been attacking Israel from the north. This has added to the regional instability and poses a serious threat to the safety and security of innocent civilians. Hezbollah's funding and militarization are closely linked to the IRGC, further highlighting the need to address the IRGC's role in supporting regional conflicts.

The conflict in the Middle East, including the attacks by Hamas and Hezbollah, has resulted in the senseless deaths, and suffering of countless civilians, many of them children and innocent bystanders. We recognize that the situation is complex, and there are various factors at play, but it is undeniable that these groups, aided by the IRGC, play significant roles in perpetuating violence and instability in the region.

We strongly urge you to consider the following actions:

1.       Designate the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a Foreign Terrorist Organization under your respective national laws, as it meets the criteria of supporting terrorism and destabilizing the region.

2.       Enforce sanctions on any individuals or entities found to be aiding or abetting the IRGC, thereby cutting off its sources of funding and support.

3.       Address the threat posed by Hamas and Hezbollah and take appropriate actions to prevent its attacks and funding by the IRGC.

4.       Continue to support peaceful diplomatic efforts to resolve the conflicts in the Middle East and promote the protection of innocent civilians on all sides.

By designating the IRGC as a terrorist organization and addressing the activities of Hamas and Hezbollah, you will send a clear and resolute message that you stand against those who support and engage in acts of terror that threaten the lives and well-being of innocent civilians.

We, the undersigned, implore you to take immediate action to address this pressing issue and help bring about a more peaceful and stable Middle East, contributing to the larger goal of global peace. Your leadership in this matter is of utmost importance, and we believe that the designation of the IRGC as a terrorist organization is a significant step toward achieving this goal.
