Ladies and Gentleman, I am a living survivor of sexual abuse which took place in foster care. That was 10 years ago, last year I plucked up the courage to report him to keep mine and your children safe. After months of waiting I finally got to identify him on a dvd parade. Yet last week I called up to find out how far the case has went and the PF told me there is not enough evidence to prosecute. I know for one that I am not the only victim who has came farward, I also positively identified him, so why isn't that enough? This man was allowed to walk free unaffected while we, the victims have to live with the harrowing memories of what we suffered.
